The students at Tudor Arghezi High School in Craiova, Romania held activities to celebrate Europe Day on May 9th, 2010. They greeted participants in the 23 official European languages and presented characteristics of each country such as customs, traditions, architecture, food, arts, and history. The students sang songs with an environmental protection message and recited poems and fables. They performed dances, songs, and role-plays. To conclude the event, the students took group pictures and sang "Happy Birthday" to Europe while enjoying cakes.
